SALES EXECUTIVE
Fresh/Entry Level
Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming sales inquiries promptly, offering product information and support to potential customers.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, whether by phone, email, or in person.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new business opportunities and closing sales.
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers, including performing material costing calculations to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Conduct sales presentations, provide technical clarification on products and services, and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, technical specifications, and services to effectively communicate with clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- After closing sales, liaise with the contract department to ensure site projects are completed according to company procedures and timelines.
- Client Engagement & Feedback: After project completion, take a photo with the customer and ask them to leave a 5-star Google review to help boost the company's online reputation.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management to contribute to the company’s overall success.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degrees in Quantity Surveyor / Building /civil engineering /construction or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Have 1 - 2 years of working experience in sales - preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Fresh graduated/Applicants with sales interest are encouraged to apply.
- Age 18 to 35 years only
- Proficient in oral and written skill (English & Bahasa Melayu).
- Computer literate - required skill : Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Target-Oriented: Must be highly driven by sales targets, with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed set goals.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions using our product offerings.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of our products and services, as well as perform accurate costing and quotations.
- Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude with the resilience to overcome challenges and stay motivated to achieve targets.
- Able to work independently, highly discipline, responsible, punctual and very duty bound.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Good in negotiation skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Benefits:
- Salary range: RM2,500 up to RM6,000 (basic + commissions + EPF).
