Fresh/Entry Level
Responsibilities:
- Follow up call outstanding payment from customer
- Prepare statement of Account.
- Record A/P invoice in system.
- Issue Official Receipt, INV, DO & SO to customer
- Assist in check staff claim.
- Assist in prepare staff commission
- Assist in preparation of supplier's reconciliation.
- Assist in filling project file and accounting documents.
- Assist purchasing department when needed (issue PO, ordering matter)
- Any other ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- Spm/ Diploma / Certificate equivalent.
- Experience in Admin / Account field is preferable.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work:
- 1)Mon-Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)
- 2)Saturday (8.30am- 12.30pm)
Qualification:
Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
